Lake Michigan Spring
Salmon Fishing
In
April, we will begin fishing at St. Joseph, a renowned port
for spring Salmon and Trout fishing. At this time of year,
the Salmon and Trout flock to these waters to gorge themselves
on baitfish. This makes the conditions prime for angling
as well. Limit catches of Coho and Kings are not uncommon
with banner Steelhead complimenting the catch. The best
part of your fishing experience is the supercharged fish,
because of the cold weather conditions, which puts an anglers
arms to the test.
Lake Michigan Summer
Salmon Fishing
In Mid July, Captain Steve moves the "MI-HI"
from Lake Erie to Frankfort to pursue the wonderful Salmon
and Trout fishing this port offers. Kings, Coho, Lake Trout
and Steelhead are plentiful in this port, and Steve is a
master at getting them to bite. These large fish will be
an equal match for you as some of the fish are over 30 pounds
of muscle. |
